- You can try before you pay. The free trial lasts 24 hours and needs no card.
- Nothing renews on its own. A plan is paid once and ends when its period ends.
- Refunds are written down. Ten days from the start of a subscription, on the terms set out on the refunds page.
- A person answers. Support runs on WhatsApp, email and live chat.
