Privacy notice

What personal information TVNADO collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

This notice explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and who else handles it on our behalf.

Who is responsible

TVNADO is run by an individual, not a registered company. In this notice, "TVNADO", "we" and "us" mean that person. You can reach us at support@tvnado.online or on WhatsApp at +44 7465 798051.

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, email address, country, the plan and number of screens you chose, the payment method you picked, and optionally a WhatsApp number.
  • When you contact us: what you send us, and the email address or phone number you send it from.
  • When you browse: basic technical information needed to serve the site securely. Your IP address is stored only as a salted hash, used to stop abuse such as repeated automated orders.

Why we use it

To process your order, send your login and payment instructions, give support, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Who handles it for us

We use these services to run TVNADO. Each one only gets the information it needs for its job:

  • Vercel: hosts the website.
  • Neon: stores orders and messages in our database.
  • Resend: sends order and payment emails.
  • Hostinger: our domain and the support@tvnado.online inbox.
  • WhatsApp: free trial requests and support chats you start with us.
  • tawk.to: live chat, only if you open the chat window.
  • Stripe or PayPal: card payments, through the payment link we email you.
  • NOWPayments: crypto payments.
  • Your bank and ours: bank transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep your order details and messages while your subscription is active, and for one month after it ends if you do not renew. Then we delete them. If the law requires us to keep a payment record for longer, we keep only that record, and only for as long as required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email support@tvnado.online and we will respond.

We reply within 30 days. If you live somewhere with its own privacy law, such as California, Canada or the UK, you also have the rights that law gives you, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
