Refunds and cancellation

This page explains what happens when you want to stop, and when you can have your money back. It says the same thing as the Terms of service and the pricing page. If they ever seem to differ, contact us and we will apply the reading that is better for you.

Nothing renews automatically

Every plan is paid once for a fixed period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. When the period ends, access ends. You are never charged again unless you place a new order, so there is nothing to cancel.

The 10-day refund window

You can ask for a refund within 10 days of your subscription starting. Your subscription starts on the day we confirm your payment and send your login.

Within that window we refund the full amount you paid. After the 10 days, payments are not refundable.

How to ask

Send your order reference to support@tvnado.online or on WhatsApp, and say you would like a refund. You do not need to give a reason.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back through the method you paid with where that is possible.

We send approved refunds within 10 days, back to the payment method you used. For a crypto payment, we agree with you by email where the refund goes, and we refund the US dollar amount of your order.

The free trial

The 24-hour trial is free and needs no payment, so there is nothing to refund or cancel. It ends by itself.
