How do I start the free trial?

Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial is free and does not turn into a paid plan.
What plans are there?
1, 3, 6 and 12 months, each for 1, 2 or 3 screens. The pricing page shows every price.
What is a screen?
One device watching at a time. With 2 screens, two devices can watch at the same moment.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. You pay once for the period you choose, and it simply ends.
What is included in every plan?
The full list of 25,000+ live channels, the on-demand library of 100,000+ movies and series, and setup help for your device.
Payment, setup and refunds
How can I pay?
By card, bank transfer or crypto. For card, we email you a secure payment link. For bank transfer, we email our bank details. Crypto is paid right away at checkout.
When does my plan start?
As soon as your payment is confirmed. We then send your login and setup steps by email.
What device do I need?
A smart TV, Fire TV Stick, Android box, Apple TV, phone, tablet or computer. The apps page shows which app to use on each.
What internet speed do I need?
We recommend at least 25 Mbps. A slower connection can still work for standard definition, but HD and 4K need the extra room. If the picture buffers, try a wired connection or move the router closer to the TV.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you ask within 10 days of your subscription starting. The refunds page sets out the conditions.
