Terms of service
The terms that apply when you use TVNADO.
These terms apply when you order or use a TVNADO plan. Please read them before you pay.
Who provides the service
TVNADO is run by an individual, not a registered company. In these terms, "TVNADO", "we" and "us" mean that person. You can reach us at support@tvnado.online or on WhatsApp at +44 7465 798051.
What you get
A plan gives access to live channels and an on-demand library for the period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) on the number of screens you choose (1, 2 or 3), watching at the same time. You watch through a third-party player app on your own device. We do not supply devices or apps.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and are paid once, in advance. You can pay by card through a payment link we email to you, by bank transfer, or in crypto at checkout. Your plan starts when payment is confirmed.
No automatic renewal
Plans do not renew. When the period ends, access ends, and you are not charged again unless you place a new order.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 10 days of your subscription starting, as set out on the Refunds and cancellation page, which forms part of these terms.
Availability and changes to the line-up
No internet TV service can promise uninterrupted viewing, and we do not. The channels and titles available can change over time as sources are added or removed. If a change leaves the service unusable for you, contact us.
If the service goes down because of a problem on our side, we add the days it was down to your plan, free of charge.
Fair use
Your login is for your household. Please do not share it beyond the number of screens you paid for, resell it, or redistribute the service. We may suspend a login that is being used in breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If something goes wrong, write to us first at support@tvnado.online. Most problems are sorted out that way. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
